Your debtor is contacted immediately upon receipt of the claim and demands are made       upon them for the full amount
of the balance due.

10-Day Free Demand
NACM mails a demand to your debtor and, if you're not paid in 10 days, pursues the debt.

Second Placement Contingency Rate
NACM's contingency rate for second placements, or accounts that have been previously worked by a third party agency or attorney, will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis       not to exceed 50%.
